    Standard "Pape-diet approach"

    Hi,

do not know whether it by the so-called Pape Diet have heard something. She was seen recently in the private time television.
Actually, this is not a diet, but a food combining diet.
carbohydrates in the morning, noon, mixed diet, protein in the evening, interspersed with breaks of 5 hours between dinner and breakfast will be 12 hours. The Pancreas (Pancreas) should be indulged in this period of rest.

Physiologically, I find the concept plausible, I would be interested to know how it works with the implementation of Sun

    Greetings Chris

I personally have not heard anything from the diet.

    Structurally, the sounds good.
In the morning the carbohydrates for energy
    Lunch energy again plus materials
and in the evening then only protein without so much energy at night when energy turnover is not lower the fat is stored

Want to try the diet again?
Then keep us time to date as it works with you.

Since there is no diet really, I've thought before, to test this nutritional approach. Of diets, I think nothing, because of the Jojoeffektes ..... the one and only is a change in diet.

Have someone run with a bet that I try out as long as the other person has it held out for a week.
However, there appear to have been complicated, if I imagine that you must honor them exactly. (Especially at the university ;-))

The yo-yo effect based on the fact that the body of a diet to an "emergency program" switches and the few calories it gets used much more effectively.
Listening to now with the diet, the body does not immediately switch back to normal but there is still a while in the savings program.

    Evolutionstechnisch that makes sense, too.
When the first man then long periods of starvation had the body has recovered the calories more effectively. Then, when the famine was over, he has all the calories to be prepared as a reserve to "the hips" laid around for the next famine.

    Back to the subject ...

What I imagine is always difficult really strict separation.
Morning coffee with no milk just because carbohydrates are allowed, I think that would be nothing for me

Coffee with little milk, as far as I know, be drunk in the morning. ;-)
But it would leave as soon as I get the book
