Hello,
do not know whether it by the so-called Pape Diet what you have already heard. She was seen recently in the times to Privatfernsehn. Actually, this is not a diet, but a food combining diet. carbohydrates in the morning, noon, mixed diet, protein in the evening, interspersed with intervals of 5 hours, between dinner and breakfast are available 12 hours. Personally, I've never heard of the diet.
From the construction here sounds good. In the morning the carbohydrates for energy Lunch again energy plus materials In the evening, and then only protein without so much energy at night when the metabolic rate is lower the fat is stored ![]() Want to try the diet again? Then we stop times to date as it will work with you. |

Since it is actually not a diet, I've thought before, try this nutritional approach. Of diets, I even do not believe, because of the Jojoeffektes ..... the only true form is a change in diet.
Have a bet with someone to run that trying it out as long as the other person has endured it for a week. However, it seems indeed to be quite complicated, when I imagine that it must comply with exactly the times. (Especially at the university ;-)) |

Hallöchen, ... 12 hours without food ... I would probably have gnawed starving! ... I have to eat every two hours, so at least I can keep my weight!Last year I angegessen me with a lot of effort 4kg, .... and .... are now also gone again! Over 1000 and a diet and of course there are every week in what the women's magazines, Sure! I have not read any fattening treatment! But maybe I have not really looked carefully; D! |
