    have approximately 8 kg too much

    what do you think of a whey drink cure?
    I respect my normally very nutritional,
    But in the last 10 days I drink a lot
    (For my relationships) used per day max 1ltr
    lr inzw 2-3 per day
    Since I drink so much I've grown about 2-3 kg.

    and had to believe in my pants, now
    extreme tension
    (Drink unsweetened teas)

    Well drink is good and it will not be more likely.
    Probably it is the warm weather and the resulting reduced movement at the same eating habits

    I also belong to Group Moppel

    The best is lots of exercise and a balanced diet.

    Drinking a lot yes, but water and tea, no fruit juices, milk, Limos, cola, etc.

    Whey is very healthy, because I am nothing except coffee to take me, so I do not eat breakfast, I drink a bottle of whey (as when one is delicious aldi).

    To remove them is not suitable, unless you make a Molketag times, so only drink 1 liter whey, and otherwise just water ... it's just as fast ...

    So I think not that you zunimmst much drinking, really rather by the reduced movement in the heat.
    Is of course also depends on what you drink.

    I'll currently on 6-8l mineral water and not to take, can also sink in this heat, more water in the tissue, and give the impression, it would have increased, what is wrong but it is cooler, then the water is excreted.

    I'm also currently quite elephant feet because there versackt the water fit in a shoe more .... well ... I know that it will get better ....
    or else is the ultimate tip what you hochlegen except when it brings nothing but in the case, nor can I do?

    Oh yes, I would not stand in this heat .... oh dear oh dear .... moan ...

    with back-knee socks I had ever tried, since the water dropped "only" up to the knees .... boah ... that looked out violently .... nee .... I quickly left ... . :

    So my tip, replace one meal (Mitttag or dinner) with one cup (500g) natural yoghurt. Is really so tasty.
    Much to drink and behold, the weight tumbles down, the whole thing I did once about four and once for 8 weeks.
    It's not boring and is always because one meal "normal" is.

    Do not forget a little sports, run, swim, cycle ....
