got about 8 kg excess
![]() what do you think of drinking a whey? ![]() I respect normally been much on my nutrition, But in the last 10 days I drink a lot (for my relationships), formerly Max 1ltr per day lr inzw 2-3 per day Since I drink so much I've grown about 2-3 kg. and had to believe in my pants, now extreme tension (drink unsweetened tees) |

Well drink is good, because it probably will not be sooner.
It's probably the warm weather and the consequent reduced movement at the same eating habits I also belong to Moppel Group ![]() The best thing is lots of exercise and a balanced diet. A lot of drinking, yes, but water and tea, no fruit juices, milk, lemonades, cola, etc. Greeting Michael |

Whey is already very healthy, because I am taking nothing except coffee to me, so I do not eat breakfast, I drank a bottle of whey (There's a tasty at aldi). To remove it is not suitable, unless you're making a Molketag times, therefore only 1l whey drink, and otherwise just water ... is much like fast ... So I do not think that you gain from so much drinking, really rather by the decreased movement in the heat. If, of course, depends, WHAT you drink. I come not currently accept up to 6-8l water and can become submerged in this heat even more water in the tissue and create the impression that one would have increased, which is not true, it is cooler, then the water is excreted. I currently also quite elephant feet, because when the water subsides, fit into no more shoes .... naja ... I know that it gets better .... or else is the ultimate tip, which elevate it out, but this brings nothing in the case, nor can do? |

Oh yes, I would stand in this heat .... not oh oh weh weh .... moan ...
with supporting knee socks, I had tried it once, because the water dropped "only" up to his knees .... boah ... saw violently from nee .... .... I quickly left ... . :

So my tip, replace one meal (Mitttag or dinner) with a cup of natural yoghurt (500gr). Yes there really delicious.
Drink a lot about this, and lo and behold, the weight of tumbling down, the whole thing, I once made about 4 and again about 8 weeks. It is not boring and is always a meal because "normal" is. Do not forget a little sport, running, swimming, cycling .... |
