In my case it was NEN delicious salad with tomato, feta cheese, peppers and an onion-yogurt dressing (homemade, of course, also, D)

NEN've eaten yogurt with muesli.

So it was with me, "lunch" today only coffee (Expresso with lots of milk foam JAMJAM)

Otherwise, I had lunch today and I am nothing until the afternoon came to fetch me a bag with nutritious bread zucchini - Turkish flat bread with my confidence. These fries with mayonnaise and a Coke were served. Nice and cold, of course, in the hot weather!
I would say a balanced time with everything you need: vegetables, bread, potatoes, ... almost the base of the food pyramid. , D
