Torn Sprunggelenkt

Hello!

So I pulled myself on 05.05.07 at car accident nem nen torn ligaments in the ankle. In the emergency room habens Bänderüberdehnung first thought, then after a week of checking hats when suddenly commanded that the ligaments are torn, the bone is nothing to see! Was treated with Aircast rail about 6 weeks and then thrombosis syringes. My foot was 6 weeks, all the same thickness, and blue () from the toes to the knee, the improvement was followed by very slow going, could I ever again until after the 6 weeks, because before the pain was too great and I fit into a shoe :-(
So now to the present situation:
The foot is still thicker than the others, is now and still blue on the inside and the toes. Pain I still have to go in, sometimes it's better, sometimes it is worse ...
Do you think this is normal or should I be concerned or take the easy so long?

hello binschi

tearing strips can have long cure times. I already had the 2nd but had the luck that I was able to immediately cool respectively. 6 weeks later I had to wear a long "romans shoe. The run is then slowly got better. But I felt the agency a long time.
