So I'm at 05:05:07 sustained in car accident NEM NEN torn ligament in the ankle. In the emergency room having first Bänderüberdehnung meant, then after a week of checking hats when suddenly commanded that the ligaments are torn, the bone is nothing to see! Was treated with Aircast rail about six weeks and thus thrombosis syringes. My foot was all of six weeks the same thickness and blue (from toes to knees), the improvement was very slow, I could walk at all again until after the six weeks since before the pain was too big and I fit in a shoe :-(
So now to the present situation:
The foot is still thicker than the other, is now and on the inside and the toes still blue. I still have pain going on, sometimes it is better, sometimes it is worse ...
Do you think this is normal or should I be worried or just as long as it takes to?

bands cracks can have long cure times. I already had their second but had the luck that I could chilled immediately in each case. then I had to take six weeks for a "roman shoe". The run is then slowly become better. I felt that in places but still long.
