I'm trying to lose weight now for about 4 months, as I am healthy and nourish four times a week for sports properly. Since two weeks I'm even more sports, but I do not take off easy!
On the contrary, I've taken to even 2 pounds. Actually, I would have thought that maybe I do something wrong, but my sister wanted to get rid of a few kilos and eats the same reason as me. And although she does not do any sport, half the day just hanging around at home and often sin, it has in a month they now join in, removed three pounds! That can no longer lie to me, I had my after 4 months I have to take off but at least something?

AW: Strange weight problems So I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and for dinner I sometimes use, when necessary, reduced-fat products. Such a Beispieltag would look like this:
For breakfast, a small bowl of cereal or a slice of whole wheat bread with turkey breast and cucumber salad. This coffee and sometimes a peach or something similar.
For lunch I eat then, during school, a slice (or one and a half, depending on how long I have), wholemeal bread, with turkey breast or, sometimes, a slice of ham. On free days then I eat a nice salad or homemade soup. In between then I eat mostly fruits and vegetables or even a few pretzel sticks.
And for dinner, then there are some cooked, and I use it since eighth no butter or other fatty oils, if need be I only use a little olive oil. Also, I use only lean meats and poultry.
That would have been, because after dinner, I eat nothing more.
So I also try to find a good balance between Reduced fat and normal fat content, since I do not want to diet but a change in diet. I respect and on the starch content in foods, because I know that too many carbohydrates are bad.
And yes I did once get advice from a coach and said 3 to 4 times a week, 1-1 1 / 2 hours of sports are quite ok for me.
