Hi all,
I am trying to lose weight since some 4Months by I eat healthy, and 4 times a week right Sports. Since 2 weeks I'm even more sports, but I just do not take off! On the contrary, I even put on 2 kilos. Actually, I would have thought that I might do something wrong, but my sister wanted to get rid of a few kilos and eats the same reason as me. Sin And though it makes no sports, just hanging around for half the day at home, and often she has in a month which they already participate, lost 3 kilos! That can no longer lie to me, I mean after 4 months I still would need to lose at least something? Therefore I am gegeangen to the doctor, but said only one needs to make sport and does not believe me that I'm healthy diet. The only think that I told him what vorflunkere and even my fault. Please help me, I really do not stop this anymore! Little more info: I have an underactive thyroid, but take pills against and the blood tests are therefore also normal, because it can not be so. |

Hello Sophie!
Small question to the beginning: what exactly do you eat? How much? Normal fat or reduced fat? Have you checked the starch content of foods? The thyroid function was set to normal? Right? With an under-namely, you take too automatic that you can hardly influence. What sports are running for? If you want to lose weight, is recommended to endurance sports: running, cycling, swimming, etc. For more aggressive sports, where it is also about strength and muscle building, you will tend to increase, because what do you burn fat reserves that is converted into muscle mass. Is nothing wrong really, because in comparison to the pure weight loss you then get a nice crisp character. If you do not like the increase, you might be doing too much? Have you time to consult a trainer or instructor that fits what dose to you? Greeting Christiane |

So I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and for dinner I sometimes use, when necessary, reduced-fat products. Thus, a Beispieltag would look like this:
For breakfast, a small bowl of cereal or a slice of bread with turkey breast and cucumber or salad. To have a coffee and sometimes a peach or something similar. For lunch I will eat during school hours, a disc (or one and a half, depending on how long I have), wholemeal bread, with turkey breast, or sometimes a slice of ham. On free days, I eat a nice salad or a homemade soup. In between I will eat mostly fruits and vegetables or maybe a few sticks. And for dinner there then something cooked, and I use to pay attention because no butter or other fatty oils, if need be I only use a little olive oil. Also, I use only lean meats and poultry. That would have been, because after dinner, I actually could not eat. So I also try to find a good balance between the reduced-fat and normal fat content, since I do not want to diet but a change in diet. I pay attention also to the starch content in foods, because I know that there are too many carbohydrates also bad. And yes I did once get advice from a trainer and said 3 to 4 times a week, 1 to 1 1 / 2 hours of sports are quite ok for me. I make about 3 / 4 hours light muscle training and the rest I'm going on a bike or go swimming. Although I now once a week, 1 hours aerobic extra training to do. By hypothyroidism, unfortunately, I weigh 67kg at 1.62m, so I wanted to also recover fall by my earlier figure. |
