Help.
I know how to go no more.
For three days I sleep any longer. if I'm going to bed, I sleep most immediately, but no later than about half past three I'm awake again.
I turn and turn in all directions, get up, sit down, up, down, up and down.
even as I write this topic, I can not keep my legs still. no matter what I do, no sleeping position is comfortable. it tingles everywhere. I am from a so inner unruhe recorded ..
mostly I am then up against six awake, try to distract me in some way, with reading, television, a walk, anything. but no chance. yet I am tired to fall over.
no idea if anyone knows this feeling, but the mom is a real problem for me.
I wish I could just sleep
I must say that I do not drink coffee excessively, especially not at this time.
painkillers and mtx not have the relevant side effects.
is perhaps really only the psyche? but how am I going to get because then reached into the?
'm really desperate ...![]()

Re: insomnia-anxiety what helps? Lucy,
have you ever tried valerian? Is there also, together with hops and lemon balm, etc. Must take but a high dose.
Did you this because the doctor said?

Re: insomnia-anxiety what helps? Lucy as you should address the physician views

I promise nothing.
And consider, too.

Re: insomnia-anxiety what helps? Hi Lucy,
I also belong to the large insomniacs of the world, where every mentally stressful event is a "welcome" occasion to cancel the sleep duration despite fatigue after 2-3 hours.
I once endured about six weeks, until a massive bit of physical symptoms such as blood pressure, severe concentration problems and constant nodding off while driving, including a medical intervention made urgently needed. (I know since then, squint was "so tired to say" ...)
My doctor had me stop at that time - to, above all the duration of fatigue and related impairments - a "slepp" prescribed from the group of Nichtbenzodiazepine (Ximovan, Chemical: Zolpiclon). Which have the advantage that the relatively low risk of dependence than benzodiazepines. Prerequisite course, was a major cause of clarification.
I have taken care of but also to optimize the Einschlafsituation, that is barren environment, heavy meals, caffeine, comfortable bed and the season proper bedding, baths, etc. of the legs.
Herbal medicine valerian, hops, lemon balm or St. John's, I have not found very helpful. But that is probably because the adjoining their sleep effect is not particularly high, and they are therefore suitable only for light, non-chronic insomnia.
Despite the possibilities of pharmacy, but an end to the nocturnal restlessness is only through a deal with the psychological stress situation really possible. The works, however much better if not the whole day, only a yawn, half a meter is next to him.
Wishes a speedy recovery,
