Help.
I never know how to continue. For three days I hardly sleep anymore. If I go to bed, I usually fall asleep immediately, but no later than about half past three I'm awake again. I turn and turn in all directions, get up, sit down, up, down, up and down. even as I write this topic, I can not keep my legs still. no matter what I do, no sleeping position is comfortable. it tingles everywhere. I usually wake up at six am Then, try to distract me read any, with, fernsehn, a walk, anything. but no chance. yet I am tired enough to fall over. no idea if anyone knows this feeling, but the mom is a real problem for me.
