There was moreover a study on the "Guaifenesin protocol", the results were published in 2003. There was no significant symptom or pain relief and demonstrated no improvement in laboratory parameters. However, it may salicylate intake, over the skin (eg cosmetics) is not included.

The question that remains open is why there was only one since 1990 to the present study, and showed no significant improvement.
Why Dr. Amand has not already carried out its own randomized double-blind study to prove the effectiveness?
